Jordan army arrests five trying to cross border illegally

The Jordanian Armed Forces announced that the Northern Military Command thwarted an infiltration attempt on one of its border fronts on Thursday.

The statement said that five individuals were detected attempting to illegally cross the border. Rules of engagement were applied, and the individuals were arrested and transferred to relevant authorities, the statement said.
