“Famine now unfolding in Gaza”: UN-backed review

29-07-2025 11:15|The "worst-case scenario of famine" is "now unfolding" in Gaza, a UN-backed monitor warned on Tuesday.
The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) said that only "immediate, unimpeded" humanitarian access into Gaza can stop rapidly rising "starvation and death."
