Iran's Foreign Minister: Iran does not recognize the word 'surrender'
As Iran held a state funeral on Saturday for dozens of military commanders and scientists killed during its recent war with 'Israel', Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi issued a defiant message praising the nation's resilience.
In a statement shared on his official Instagram account, Araghchi emphasized the sacrifices made by Iranians over the course of the 12-day war.

"Iranians gave blood, not land; gave their loved ones, not honour; they withstood a thousand-ton rain of bombs, but did not surrender," he wrote, adding, "Iran does not recognize the word 'surrender'."
His remarks come as the country mourns nearly 60 figures, including top-ranking officers and nuclear scientists, killed in 'Israeli' airstrikes.
The funeral, held in Tehran, drew large crowds and state officials, with the government presenting it as a moment of national unity and resistance.
