Jordan to experience typical summer weather through Monday

Jordan’s Meteorological Department said that the country will see typical summer weather from Saturday through Monday, with mild to relatively hot conditions expected across most regions.

Desert areas, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience hotter weather, while northwesterly winds are forecast to blow at moderate speeds, occasionally becoming active in desert regions.

Nighttime conditions across the country will be generally mild during this period.

The department urged the public to avoid prolonged and direct exposure to sunlight during midday hours, especially in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, to ensure public safety.

Looking ahead to Tuesday, temperatures are expected to rise slightly. Most regions will continue to experience typical summer conditions, while the desert, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba remain hot.

Northwesterly winds will persist at moderate speeds, and nighttime weather will stay mild across most areas, with relatively warm conditions in the southern Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
