Jordanian authorities detain woman over video insulting brotherly nation

A security source reported that the Cybercrime Unit has detained a young woman after she posted a video containing offensive remarks toward a brotherly nation and its people.

The source confirmed that she will be referred to the judiciary once the investigation concludes, emphasizing that there will be zero tolerance for this small group of individuals whose actions do not reflect the values or morals of Jordanians.

The source added that the relevant authorities will take all necessary legal and administrative measures against anyone who engages in offensive behavior or strays from the spirit and ethics of good sportsmanship.
