National team Nashama returns to homeland

The Nashama national team arrived in the homeland on Friday afternoon, accompanied by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II.

The team’s plane landed at Queen Alia International Airport coming from Oman after achieving a historic milestone — qualifying for the 2026 FIFA World Cup for the first time in Jordan’s history.

This landmark achievement followed a series of standout performances starting with the 2024 AFC Asian Cup and continuing through the World Cup qualification matches.

Jordanians are currently waiting at the airport to welcome the team amid festive vibes and celebrations.
