Gaza death toll rises to 54,418

01-06-2025 15:47|The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported Saturday that 37 people were killed—including five whose bodies were recovered from rubble—and 136 others were injured over the past 24 hours amid continued “Israeli” attacks.
The ministry said many victims remain trapped under debris or in areas inaccessible to rescue crews due to ongoing bombardment and destruction.
Since Oct. 7, 2023, the total death toll in Gaza has reached 54,418, with 124,190 injured, according to the ministry’s figures.
From March 18, 2025, until now, at least 4,149 people have been killed and 12,149 injured.
