"Israeli" airstrikes have targeted three schools sheltering displaced civilians in Gaza, killing dozens and injuring over 100 people, according to local authorities. The attacks came without warning, adding to the mounting civilian toll in the ongoing offensive.

An Israeli Occupation airstrike targeted Dar Al-Arqam School in Gaza City on Thursday evening, three bombs hit a school, leaving at least 31 people dead, more than half of whom were women, children, and elderly individuals.

Earlier, the "Israeli" forces carried out similar attacks on schools serving as shelters in eastern Gaza City, where at least 33 people lost their lives.

Among the victims were 18 children and one woman, with over 100 others injured in the attack. The school had been serving as a shelter for hundreds of displaced civilians in the Tuffah neighborhood.

This incident marks the latest massacre in violence following a renewed offensive that has claimed more than 1,160 lives and left over 2,700 people injured since March 18. This surge in aggression has effectively shattered a January ceasefire and a prisoner exchange agreement between "Israel" and the Palestinian resistance group Hamas.

Human rights advocates have condemned "Israel’s" systematic targeting of civilian facilities, which includes schools, hospitals, and places of worship. Such actions may constitute war crimes under international law, which prohibits attacks on civilian infrastructure.

In a statement made on Sunday, "Israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu affirmed plans to intensify military actions in Gaza as part of efforts to implement US President Donald Trump’s controversial plan aimed at displacing Palestinians from the enclave.
