Syria comments on recent 'Israeli' aggression on Damascus, Hama
The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the latest wave of 'Israeli' aggression on Syria.
In a statement, the ministry described the attack as a blatant violation of international law and Syria’s sovereignty.
The statement noted that 'Israeli' forces carried out airstrikes on five different locations across the country within 30 minutes, resulting in near-total destruction of the Hama military airport and injuring dozens of both civilians and military personnel.

The Syrian Ministry further emphasized that this unprovoked escalation is a deliberate attempt to destabilize Syria and prolong the suffering of its people.
The statement also highlighted that the aggression comes at a time when Syria is striving to rebuild after 14 years of conflict, asserting that such attacks are part of a clear attempt to normalize violence within the country, undermining recovery efforts and perpetuating a policy of impunity.
