09-02-2025 14:14|Gazans returned Sunday to the eastern part of the Netzarim Corridor after the “Israeli” military withdrew overnight as part of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.
The Netzarim Corridor is an area in Gaza which splits the strip down the middle, and has been occupied by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) since the start of the aggression.
According to the agreement, “Israel” must withdraw from the corridor on day 21 of the ceasefire, and only stay in a buffer zone up to around one kilometer inside Gaza – they previously withdrew from the western part early on in the ceasefire.
“Israeli” forces are still present in the Philadelphi Corridor near the Gaza border with Egypt, and must withdraw on day 50, according to the agreement.
