What will weather be like this week?
Foggy conditions are expected in the early morning hours of Saturday over highland areas, with relatively cold weather prevailing in most regions. Meanwhile, the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience mildly warm conditions, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
Low-altitude clouds will appear, and light northeasterly to northwesterly winds are expected.
On Sunday, temperatures will rise slightly, but the weather will remain relatively cold, especially over the highlands, while the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba stay warm. High-altitude clouds will develop, with moderate southeasterly winds.
A gradual temperature increase will continue on Monday, with conditions becoming slightly cool, particularly in high mountain areas, and warmer in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Medium- and high-altitude clouds will be visible, with moderate southeasterly winds.
By Tuesday, temperatures will rise further, reaching 5-6°C above seasonal averages. The weather will be slightly cool in the highlands and warm in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with high-altitude clouds and moderate northwesterly winds.
