Mother, child killed in Mafraq car accident

A tragic car collision on the Ba’aj-Khaldiya road in Mafraq claimed the lives of a woman and her child, leaving one other person critically injured.

Civil Defense teams rushed to the scene, transporting the injured individual to King Talal Military Hospital for treatment, according to a Roya correspondent. The bodies of the deceased were taken to Mafraq Governmental Hospital.

This marks the second fatal accident in the area this month, following a crash weeks ago that resulted in three fatalities.
