In this case, two detained defendants are being prosecuted: the individual who started the fire and the surveillance camera operator. Additionally, three other defendants are under investigation: the director of the elderly home, the maintenance supervisor, and the deputy chair of the White Beds Society Care Home for Seniors in Amman.

The session will be presided over by Judge Sulaiman Al-Hawawsha, with the public prosecutor's representative in attendance. During this session, the indictment will be read, and the defendants will be questioned regarding the charges against them.

The public prosecutor charged the first defendant (the one who ignited the fire) with felony arson resulting in death, while the camera operator, maintenance supervisor, director of the elderly home, and deputy chair of the White Beds Society Care Home faced charges of causing death and bodily harm.
