The Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem stated that the prime minister awoke from anesthesia in stable condition and has been transferred to the intensive care unit, where he will remain under observation in the coming days.
Netanyahu’s office had announced on Saturday that he was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection caused by benign prostate enlargement.
The surgery took place as Israeli Occupation’s war in Gaza continues into its 15th month.
