Temperatures are forecast to rise gradually in the coming days, reaching a high of around 20°C in Amman by Monday.

As the meteorological winter begins on Sunday, temperatures will see a slight increase, remaining about 2°C above the seasonal average. The weather is expected to be sunny and relatively cold in highland areas, while low-lying regions will experience mild conditions during the afternoon. The Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba will be warmer. Winds will be light and variable.

On Monday, temperatures are expected to rise further, reaching 2-4°C above average for this time of year. The weather will remain relatively cold in the highlands but sunny and pleasant during the afternoon in most areas, with some high clouds. Winds will remain light and variable.

Daytime highs on Monday will range in the 20s across many parts of the country, with Amman reaching around 20°C, while the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba will see mid-20s.

Despite warmer daytime conditions, nights will remain cold, becoming very cold in the late hours and early mornings over the Sharah Mountains and parts of the eastern plains. Frost formation is possible in limited areas of these regions.
