Netanyahu contacts Dutch Prime Minister after attack on 'Israelis' in Amsterdam
Israeli Occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a phone call with Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof following the events after a football match between Maccabi Tel Aviv and Ajax Amsterdam.
According to Hebrew media reports, Netanyahu called the "anti-Semitic" attack "serious" and demanded increased security for the Jewish community in the Netherlands.
It was revealed that clashes erupted after 'Israelis' attempted to burn the Palestinian flag.
Netanyahu praised the Dutch government's commitment to ensuring the safety of 'Israelis' in the country, including the injured and affected individuals.

Earlier, Hebrew media reported that a number of Maccabi Tel Aviv supporters were attacked in Amsterdam, leaving several injured. Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that 10 'Israelis' were injured and two others were unaccounted for after the incident.
Additionally, Foreign Minister, Gideon Sa'ar, called on his Dutch counterpart to ensure that 'Israelis' in Amsterdam can safely reach the airport.
In a previous statement, Netanyahu ordered two planes to be sent to the Netherlands to evacuate 'Israelis' following the incident.
