Israeli Occupation military continues its relentless assault on Gaza, now in its 385th day, targeting civilians, infrastructure, and critical facilities. With a crippling siege on hospitals facing severe shortages in medical supplies and fuel, the humanitarian situation is dire. Palestinian resistance forces persist in their defense, conducting ambushes and targeting military vehicles in Gaza's north.

Early Friday, 'Israeli' airstrikes hit multiple areas across Gaza, leaving dozens dead or wounded. According to the Gaza Civil Defense, a brutal massacre occurred in Jabalia, where 'Israeli' forces bombed 13 homes on Al-Hawaja Street, resulting in over 150 casualties, including members of the Najjar, Abu Al-Ouf, Salman, Hijazi, and Shaalan families.

In response, Palestinian resistance factions have launched strategic operations, with reported ambushes and targeted attacks against 'Israeli' forces. Meanwhile, pleas for aid to evacuate the injured remain unmet as Israeli Occupation Forces hinder civil defense and medical teams from accessing northern Gaza.

Rising Casualties
The Gaza Ministry of Health reported that the death toll has reached 42,847, with over 100,544 injured since October 7, 2023. Many casualties remain trapped under rubble or in inaccessible areas due to 'Israeli' restrictions on rescue efforts.

Operation Aqsa Typhoon and 'Israeli' Retaliation
The al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas' military wing, initiated Operation Aqsa Typhoon on October 7, 2023, in response to ongoing 'Israeli' actions in Palestinian territories. Israeli Occupation responded with its Iron Swords operation, which has devastated Gaza, claiming hundreds of lives, injuring thousands, and leveling residential buildings and infrastructure.

In a show of solidarity, Hezbollah opened a front with Israeli Occupation in support of Gaza in October, leading to cross-border shelling. Israeli Occupation airstrikes in southern Lebanon have caused mass displacement, as Hezbollah maintains it will not cease fire until the assault on Gaza ends.
