The group said it continues to repel the “Israeli” aggression on Lebanon, inflicting heavy losses in personnel and equipment on the front lines with “Israeli” forces and also in the occupied territories.
The “Israeli” army has suffered over 70 dead and 600 wounded, including 28 Merkava tanks, multiple armored vehicles destroyed, and four drones downed – according to Hezbollah’s statement.
Hezbollah said the numbers above do not account for losses in “Israeli” bases inside the occupied territories.
“Over the past days, various villages on the Lebanese-Palestinian border have witnessed multiple Israeli attempts to advance with the goal of occupying and controlling these areas. Islamic Resistance fighters are resisting these attempts across several axes,” the statement said.
