Thursday evening, Roya’s correspondent reported that Israeli Occupation Forces carried out five airstrikes in the Burj al-Barajneh area of Beirut’s southern suburbs.

The report added that four buildings along the Hadi Nasrallah Highway were targeted by 'Israeli' aircraft.

In addition to the strikes in Burj al-Barajneh, airstrikes were also launched on the towns of Kafr Kila and Khiyam. Meanwhile, artillery shelling continued to hit the Marjayoun Plain, Kafr Kila, and Khiyam.

Israeli Occupation army has called for the immediate evacuation of two buildings and their surroundings in the Burj al-Barajneh camp in the southern suburbs.

Later, Roya’s correspondent reported that intense and unprecedented airstrikes continued to hit Beirut’s southern suburbs.

Separately, Reuters, citing security sources, reported that the current strike on Beirut’s southern suburbs is larger in scale than the one that killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.
