LIVE UPDATES: Israeli Occupation focuses in on Beirut as attacks across Lebanon worsen

On Tuesday, a Roya correspondent reported an Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) warplanes carried out an airstrike on Dahieh in southern Beirut, resulting in numerous martyrs and injuries.

The airstrike specifically targeted the fourth and fifth floors of a building in the Ghobeiry area.

Hebrew media later revealed that the IOF conducted a precise attack in an attempt to assassinate a high-ranking Hezbollah leader.

For its part, the IOF radio stated that the airstrike on Dahieh was carried out using F-35 aircraft, while details of the assassination attempt remain unclear.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that approximately 558 individuals, including 50 children, have been killed by the  Israeli Occupation aggression on Lebanon.

Women, and emergency personnel, have also been killed, with more than 1,835 injured in the initial toll.
