The Public Security Directorate (PSD) issued a warning for the upcoming two days, Monday and Tuesday, anticipating scattered rain showers, early morning fog, and dust-laden winds, particularly in the eastern regions.
Drivers are urged to exercise caution and maintain a safe distance between vehicles, especially during the initial rain showers, which may create slippery conditions as rainwater mixes with dirt and vehicle residue on the roads.
The PSD also stressed the importance of ensuring tires and brakes are in good condition to prevent accidents.
With high preparedness and traffic patrols deployed, the PSD reminded citizens to contact the emergency hotline 911 if needed.
