Civil Defense rescues man who fell into water stream in Mujib

Civil defense teams in Karak rescued a man who fell into a water channel in the Mujib Biosphere Reserve, according to a statement from the Public Security Directorate (PSD) on Friday.

The field teams immediately headed to the site on foot and discovered that the man, in his thirties, had suffered a fall and sustained a spinal fracture.

Paramedics provided first aid at the scene, secured him on a stretcher, and carried him to an ambulance, which then transported him to the hospital for further treatment.
