Election commission delays press briefing twice following violation reviews

The Independent Election Commission (IEC) delayed a press briefing twice while addressing and reviewing several electoral violations.

The briefing is now expected to take place at 1:30.

According to a Roya correspondent, the IEC is taking measures on the ground and dealing with multiple violations in various electoral districts in preparation for the upcoming announcement.

The briefing was initially scheduled for 11:00 with Operations Director Naser Habashneh and IEC spokesperson Mohammad Khair Al-Rawashdeh, but has been postponed to 12:00 and then again to 1:30, as confirmed by an IEC source.
