Tragic crime unfolds in Amman

A tragic incident unfolded on Wednesday afternoon when a man fatally shot his daughter on a public street in southern Amman. The shooting reportedly stemmed from previous family disputes, according to an official spokesperson from the Public Security Directorate (PSD)

The suspect was apprehended by security forces shortly after the incident, and the firearm used in the shooting was confiscated.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the case.
