Hamas condemns latest footage of “Israeli” soldiers burning Quran

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) issued a statement on Saturday strongly condemning the recent footage released by Al-Jazeera of “Israeli” soldiers for burning the Quran during a raid on the Bani Salih Mosque in northern Gaza.

Hamas emphasized that the burning of Qurans, the targeting and destruction of mosques, and other acts of desecration reflect the true nature of what it described as a "radical entity" and its soldiers, driven by hatred and criminality.

Hamas also condemned the soldiers' decision to document and share their actions on social media, calling it part of a systematic criminal policy orchestrated by what they referred to as the "Nazi-like" Israeli government, aimed at intensifying its brutal war of extermination against the Palestinian people in Gaza and eradicating all aspects of life there.
