Tawjihi results "best in decade," says ministry
Dr. Nawaf Al-Ajarmeh, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Education, announced that this year's General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) results are promising and among the best in the past decade.
Ajarmeh noted that the overall pass rate is very close to last year’s rate of 63 percent. He also revealed that no student achieved a perfect score of 100 percent this year, and that more than 50 percent of the top students in the scientific stream come from public schools.
The results will be officially announced next Thursday, with the date chosen because it marks the end of the week. The results will be available online at 5:00 PM via the official website (www.tawjihi.jo). A press conference will follow at 6:00 PM to discuss the results in detail.
The Ministry of Education will release the Tawjihi results for 2024 on Thursday at 5:00 PM through the designated online portal.
