"Leave Lebanese territory as soon as possible," Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns citizens
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates urged Jordanian citizens to refrain from traveling to Lebanon at this time.
The Ministry also requested that Jordanian citizens residing or present in Lebanon to leave Lebanese territory as soon as possible.
The Ministry Spokesperson, Ambassador Sufyan Al-Qudah, confirmed that this recommendation comes as a precautionary measure in light of the regional situation and out of concern for the safety of citizens.
Qudah reiterated his call on Jordanian citizens residing or present in Lebanon to exercise extreme caution, adhere to the instructions issued by the competent Lebanese authorities, and to register immediately on the website of the Jordanian Embassy in Beirut.
