“We are preparing for prolonged war with Israel,” say Houthis

Following “Israeli” strikes on Yemeni port city of Hodeidah, the Houthis confirmed that the “Israeli” army struck with multiple airstrikes the port of Hodeidah, power stations, and fuel tanks which they said are all civilian targets.

Houthi’s military spokesperson Yahya Sare’e said that they will respond to the aggression, and “will not hesitate to strike the vital targets of the Israeli enemy.” 

He reiterated their previous warning that the city of Jaffa is no longer considered safe. 

The Houthis are “preparing for a prolonged war with this enemy until the aggression stops, the siege is lifted, and all crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza cease,” the statement added.
