Traffic department reports two collisions in Amman

The Traffic Department of the Public Security Directorate reported two vehicle collisions in Amman on Thursday morning.

The first incident involved a vehicle hitting the central island on Queen Rania Street, after the former Ministry of Agriculture bridge, heading towards the University of Jordan bridge. The accident caused traffic to slow down along the street. Traffic department personnel worked to clear the scene and manage the traffic flow.

The department urged drivers to exercise caution and follow the instructions of traffic officers on-site to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

The second collision occurred on Al-Shaheed Street, where a vehicle hit an electric pole, further slowing down traffic in the area. The Traffic Department advised drivers to be cautious and not to slow down when passing the accident site.
