Crown Prince, Princess Rajwa visit digital content company
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Regent, and Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa Al Hussein visited the headquarters of the Jordanian company Digitales on Wednesday.
Digitales specializes in animation production and creating purposeful digital content.
Their Royal Highnesses listened to a briefing by the company’s founders, Shadi Shraideh and Cynthia Mdanat, who discussed the company's projects, campaigns, and work methodology. They noted that the company produces content addressing social issues related to children, families, and mental health – according to the Jordan News Agency (Petra).
In a briefing, Shraideh said that the content developed by the company is based on scientific references and research, coordinated directly with experts and specialists in psychology, education, and arts from both within Jordan and abroad to ensure that the message delivered is meaningful and engaging.
According to Shraideh, the company has produced several creative projects, including the film "Salim," which has won eight awards and been featured in 14 international festivals. It is the first full-length Jordanian animated film.
This year, during the 78th Independence Day celebrations, His Majesty King Abdullah II awarded the team of the film "Salim" the King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein Medal for Excellence of the Third Degree.
Mdanat highlighted that the company launched the "Amal" platform for children, which aims to support and treat children who have experienced psychological trauma. They also produced the family entertainment project "Hayat Ailtona," which addresses contemporary educational topics and is broadcast on the company’s digital platforms. This project includes the award-winning comedy series "Aila Abu Sand."
Mdanat also mentioned that the company has initiated several campaigns on topics such as promoting domestic tourism, social solidarity, and health awareness.
