Mithaak announces party list with 39% youth, 22% women - Names included

The Secretary-General of the Mithaak National Party, Mohammad Hussein Al-Momani, announced that the political bureau has approved the recommendations of the party's candidate selection committee for the general party list.

During a meeting with media representatives on Monday evening at the Mithaak headquarters in Amman, Al-Momani shared the news. Present were the Central Council President Dr. Yacoub Nassereddin, members of the candidate selection committee, the political bureau, and several party leaders.

Al-Momani stated that the Mithaak Party decided earlier to participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections, fielding 41 candidates on the general party list, representing all of the Kingdom’s provinces and electoral districts. The list comprises 39% youth under 35 years and 22% women, reflecting the party’s belief in empowering young people and women to decision-making positions.

The candidate selection process followed specific criteria established earlier by a separate committee. The selection committee included Dr. Yacoub Nassereddin, Dr. Maisoon Tililan, Dr. Mamoun Akroush, Dr. Mohammad Al-Khalaileh, Mr. Ghazi Al-Tayeb, Dr. Anis Mansour, and Mr. Abdulhamid Al-Khas. Al-Momani emphasized the party’s pride in all aspiring candidates, recognizing their national standing and political competency.
