"Forces are strong, thousands recruited," says Abu Obaida

Abu Obaida, the spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, declared that the "Al-Aqsa Typhoon" was an explosion in response to the enemy's crimes.

He emphasized that the Palestinian people continue to face aggression and genocide as punishment for holding onto their land, with the Israeli Occupation's crimes peaking in systematic ethnic cleansing and genocide in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and Gaza Strip.

The Al-Aqsa Typhoon was not the beginning of the resistance to the Israeli Occupation's aggression but a reaction to its crimes. Abu Obaida asserted that the fighters continue to battle in Gaza without external support, and the Palestinian people remain resilient despite lacking food and medicine.

He mentioned that the Al-Qassam Brigades have been fighting for nine months, successfully resisting the enemy's army supported by the United States and Britain. Independent polls show that, after months of aggression, the Palestinian people stand firmly behind their resistance.

Abu Obaida accused the Israeli Occupation army of using civilians as human shields and targeting homes, hospitals, schools, mosques, and churches.

He stated that the world has witnessed through the Israeli Occupation's crimes in Gaza the falsehood of international organizations and the impotence of supposed human rights laws.

All 24 brigades of Al-Qassam, along with all resistance factions, have fought and broken the enemy across the Gaza Strip. The enemy has suffered and continues to suffer painful blows wherever it advances into Gaza.

The battles in Rafah and the heroics in Shuja'iyya and other areas are proof of the resistance's strength and the enemy's failure and defeat.

Abu Obaida stressed that there is no place in Gaza for forces hiding in homes like thieves or officers hiding behind armored vehicles.

He declared that the central sector, known as Netzarim, would become a center of terror and death, with the enemy retreating in defeat.

He assured that the human resources of the Al-Qassam Brigades are intact, having recruited thousands of new fighters during the war, with thousands more ready to face the enemy whenever necessary.
