The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced Sunday a significant increase in casualties among its ranks as the aggression against Gaza enters its 268th day.

The IOF said 33 soldiers were injured “over the weekend” – 22 of them were wounded in battles in the Gaza Strip.

The death toll of “Israeli” soldiers has risen to 670 since October 7, with 316 fatalities occurring since the ground invasion began on October 27.

According to the IOF, a total of 3,977 soldiers have been injured since Oct. 7, 2023.

Among these, 595 are in serious condition, 1,013 have sustained moderate injuries, and 2,369 have minor injuries.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported today that the IOF committed three massacres in the Gaza Strip, leaving 43 martyrs and 111 injured during the past 24 hours.

It added that the total death toll of the “Israeli” aggression had risen to 37,877 martyrs and 86,969 injuries since Oct. 7, 2023.
