A new humanitarian aid convoy for Gaza, organized by the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army and the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, has successfully crossed the border.

The convoy, consisting of 50 trucks, was dispatched in partnership with the World Food Programme (WFP) and through donations from popular campaigns and various Jordanian institutions.

The trucks carried essential food parcels and rice to be distributed to our people in Gaza through partner associations and organizations in the region.

Dr. Hussein Al-Shibli, Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), stated that Jordan is fully prepared to increase the number of convoys and trucks sent to our people in Gaza, following the directive of His Majesty the King to stand by our people in Gaza.

He emphasized that Jordan's priority since the start of the war has been to increase the volume of humanitarian aid to Gaza.

Al-Shibli added that the total number of land trucks that have entered the Gaza Strip to date is 2,270, along with 53 planes via Al-Arish.

The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization continues to receive monetary donations through its bank account at the Union Bank, account number JO32 UBSI 1030 0000 4010 1659 9151 06, through electronic wallets, via the “CliQ” service with JHCOGAZA, in addition to "eFAWATEERcom," and through its website www.jhco.org.jo.
