"Hope Givers" initiative in Jordan marked a significant milestone with its inaugural professional development symposium, a six-day event designed to equip university students with essential skills.

Held at the beginning of May 2024, the symposium focused on leadership, life skills, business acumen, self-development, navigating life after university, and engaging in social work.

Thirty dedicated students from Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT), German Jordanian University (GJU), and Applied Science Private University (ASPU) participated enthusiastically, showcasing their commitment and passion, particularly those with extensive backgrounds in volunteerism.

Founded in 2021 by Al-Hasan Al-Faqih, "Hope Givers" has emerged as a trailblazing initiative in Jordan.

Its primary mission is twofold: to empower university students through educational conferences, seminars, and skill-enhancement events, and to provide vital support to orphans aged 18 and older in collaboration with the "Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans." Established in 2006 under the auspices of Her Majesty Queen Rania, the Al-Aman Fund aims to secure the futures of orphans through educational opportunities and holistic support.

Since its inception, "Hope Givers" has organized several successful conferences tailored to students specializing in diverse fields such as business, dentistry, accounting, and medicine. These conferences not only foster professional growth but also contribute financially to the Al-Aman Fund through proceeds generated from these educational activities.

Al-Hasan Al-Faqih, at 24 years old, also founded the Youth Foundation, an organization dedicated to preparing university students for the competitive labor market. His visionary leadership and commitment have been instrumental in the rapid growth and impactful initiatives of "Hope Givers" across Jordan, making significant strides in empowering the youth and supporting vulnerable segments of society.
