Ali Al-Daqamsa, spokesperson for the ministry, confirmed to Roya on Saturday that all Jordanian pilgrims are currently gathered on the plains of Arafat and are in good health.

There have been no recorded cases of exhaustion or heat strokes among the pilgrims, according to Daqamsa.

The ministry is focused on providing exceptional services to ensure the comfort and well-being of Jordanian pilgrims this year. Efforts have been made to update the camps at Mina and Arafat to match the standards of premium Hajj camps.

This year, the number of Jordanian pilgrims is 8,000, as per Jordan's allocated quota, along with 4,500 pilgrims from the 1948 Palestinian territories. They are accompanied by a dedicated Hajj delegation comprising ministry administrators, medical personnel, guidance counselors, and media staff to cater to their needs throughout their journey.

New services introduced include high-quality hotels with a capacity of no more than 1,000 pilgrims. These hotels are located 800m from the Haram Squares. Additionally, 5-star hotels for the regular category have been arranged at a distance of 500m from the Haram.

The Ministry of Awqaf's efforts aim to ensure a smooth and spiritually fulfilling Hajj experience for Jordanian pilgrims.
