Jordan's Meteorological Department announced that the Kingdom continues to experience a hot and dry spell on Tuesday.

Most regions will see dry and hot conditions, with extremely high temperatures in the desert areas, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Some clouds are expected at medium and high altitudes in the eastern and southeastern parts of the Kingdom, accompanied by moderate northwesterly to northeasterly winds, occasionally becoming active in desert areas.

Additionally, the department stated that temperatures will slightly rise on Wednesday, with highs surpassing the average by about 7-8 degrees Celsius.

The weather will remain dry and hot in the high mountain highlands and very hot in other regions. Clouds will appear at medium and high altitudes, especially in the eastern and southeastern Kingdom. Moderate northwesterly winds will sometimes become active in desert areas.

At night, temperatures will be moderate in the high mountain highlands and relatively hot elsewhere, with high-altitude clouds present and moderate northwesterly winds occasionally active in desert regions.

The department also warned against direct sun exposure and the risk of dehydration, particularly for patients and the elderly. They also cautioned about the potential for forest fires, the danger of leaving children in closed vehicles even briefly, and advised against leaving perfumes, sanitizers, and flammable materials inside vehicles.
