Israeli Occupation Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir stated that the withdrawal of former Minister Benny Gantz from the government is a great opportunity for progress and achieving victory, as reported by the “Israel” Broadcasting Authority (IBA).

Ben-Gvir added that he has always demanded the bombing of Gaza and carrying out targeted assassinations, indicating that it is important for him to join the War Council.

"Whoever demands to bomb Gaza and stop the entry of Palestinian workers should be a member of the war cabinet. This is a great opportunity to step up and bring victory," the minister noted during the Religious Zionist Party (RZP) faction meeting.

Ben-Gvir stated that the inclusion of Gantz's party in the government did not achieve desired unity by “Israel”.

Consequently, he confirmed that he submitted a request to Israeli Occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to join the war cabinet.
