Temperatures expected to rise in Jordan

Wednesday, temperatures will rise, bringing pleasant weather to mountainous highlands and plains, while the rest of the regions will experience relatively hot conditions. Winds will be moderate and northwesterly, occasionally active.

According to the Meteorological Department report, tomorrow, Thursday, temperatures will slightly increase. The weather will be pleasant in mountain highlands and plains, and relatively hot elsewhere. Winds will remain moderate and northwesterly, occasionally active.

On Friday, temperatures will significantly rise, resulting in warm weather in most areas and hot conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Moderate easterly winds are expected.

Temperatures will continue to climb on Saturday, reaching higher than normal rates for this time of year by about (4-5)°C. The weather will be relatively hot in mountain highlands and plains, and hot in other regions, with some clouds appearing at high altitudes. Winds will be easterly to moderately northeasterly.

  • Eastern Amman: 25°C - 14°C
  • Western Amman: 23°C - 12°C
  • Northern highlands: 22°C - 11°C
  • Sharah highlands: 21°C - 10°C
  • Badia regions: 29°C - 13°C
  • Plains regions: 15°C - 26°C
  • Northern Jordan Valley: 32°C - 19°C
  • Southern Jordan Valley: 35°C - 21°C
  • Dead Sea: 34°C - 20°C
  • Gulf of Aqaba: 35°C - 21°C
