Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army conducted today, Monday, eight airdrops carrying humanitarian and food aid with the participation of six partner countries, targeting several locations in the northern Gaza Strip - a statement by the JAF said.

Participating in the operation were aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF), the Arab Republic of Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, two aircraft from the United States of America, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Singapore, and a British aircraft, marking its first participation with the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) - according to the statement.

This operation comes within the framework of ongoing international efforts by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to alleviate the severe humanitarian suffering caused by the continued “Israeli” war on the Gaza Strip.

The JAF affirm their commitment to continue sending humanitarian and medical aid through an airlift via aid aircraft from Marka Airport to El-Arish International Airport or through aerial drops on the Gaza Strip or land aid convoys.

The number of airdrops carried out by the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army since the start of the “Israeli” aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 58 airdrops, and 93 drops in cooperation with partner countries.
