A security source in Tel Aviv stated that time is passing, and soon there will be no point in negotiating because there will be no captives left in the Gaza Strip, as reported by the Hebrew newspaper Maariv.

Maariv also reported that claims made by the Mossad regarding Hamas' lack of interest in the prisoner exchange deal are untrue. The newspaper pointed out that if there is anyone stubborn in negotiations now, it is the "Israeli" side.

The military spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, Abu Obaida, announced the killing of seven captives by Israeli Occupation army airstrikes. Abu Obaida confirmed that, after examining the identities of the casualties, Itzik Elgrat, Alex Densic, Ronen Tuomi Anjel, and Eliyahu Margalit were confirmed dead.

Earlier, the head of Hamas' political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, emphasized the need to pressure international capitals supporting the occupation to compel an immediate and unconditional cessation of aggression against Gaza. Haniyeh stressed the urgent need for genuine relief efforts for Palestinians in terms of food, medicine, and shelter.

In a statement on Saturday, Haniyeh called for the full operation of crossings to provide complete and urgent needs and to end the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip.

He also called for more efforts to prosecute the Israeli Occupation and expose its crimes, politically and diplomatically, due to its commission of war crimes and crimes against humanity in the genocidal massacres in Gaza.

Haniyeh pointed out that the continuation of the Israeli Occupation contradicts the principles of international law and the United Nations and hinders the Palestinian people's independence and freedom.
