Former Palestinian Minister of Awqaf killed in “Israeli bombing” of Gaza

The Palestinian Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs and former Al-Aqsa Mosque preacher, Sheikh Yousef Salameh, was martyred in the Israeli Occupation's bombing of central Gaza Strip.

Salameh has a Ph.D. with a thesis titled “Social Solidarity in Islamic Endowments and their Effects in Palestine,” in addition to a master's degree in Islamic Endowments in Palestine. He also obtained a bachelor's degree in the Fundamentals of Religion and a license in Islamic jurisprudence.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip for the 86th day in a row, with the death toll reaching 21.507 with over 56,000 injuries.

It is expected that the Occupation’s War Cabinet will convene on Sunday to discuss a new prisoners exchange deal.
