Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed strong condemnation of the Israeli Occupation's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's actions in Gaza, stating that Netanyahu is jeopardizing the entire region's future amid the ongoing war and targeting of civilians.

Speaking at the Gulf summit in Doha, Erdogan described the killing of children and women in Gaza as a humanitarian crime, emphasizing the need to hold Tel Aviv accountable for war crimes in the Strip.

Erdogan reiterated the goal of establishing an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.

Meanwhile, Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad emphasized the necessity for consultation and coordination due to the rapid international and regional changes, urging Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states to address regional issues collectively.

He expressed dismay at the ongoing crisis in Gaza and called on the international community to prevent further atrocities, stating that the principle of self-defense does not justify the crimes committed by Tel Aviv.
