Communication was cut off Tuesday morning in the city of Gaza and the northern part of the Strip after the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) shelled communication towers, causing a complete disruption of communication in these areas, according to the Palestinian News Agency WAFA.

The IOF continue their aggression on Gaza for the 46th consecutive day, targeting civilians and hospitals, and destroying dozens of homes in continuous attacks on the Strip by land, sea and air since Oct. 7.

This resulted in the martyrdom and injury of thousands of Palestinians, including children and women.

Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, launched Operation Aqsa Typhoon on Oct. 7 in response to the Israeli Occupation violations in the occupied Palestinian territories, which have been ongoing for decades.

In return, the Israeli Occupation launched a military operation against the Gaza Strip called Operation Iron Swords, launching a series of intense airstrikes on various areas in the Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of thousands and the injury of thousands, in addition to the destruction of many residential buildings, towers, institutions, and infrastructure.
