In a recent development, an Israeli Occupation airstrike targeted a group of journalists in the area of Aalma Al Shaab, located in southern Lebanon.

This attack has resulted in the tragic death of one journalist and injuries to three individuals, among them a correspondent and a photographer from Al Jazeera, according to the network.

Al Jazeera announced that the strike led to the injury of colleagues, Carmen Ghaddar and Eli Barakat, when their vehicle was attacked.
