A military source from the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army revealed that the southern military region successfully foiled an illegal infiltration attempt Monday.

The incident involved three individuals of varying nationalities: Turkish, Azerbaijani, and Georgian, who were found unconscious after attempting to breach one of the border fronts.

The source explained that Border Guard forces adhered to established rules of engagement and apprehended the three infiltrators.

The individuals are now under the jurisdiction of the appropriate authorities.

The source emphasized the armed forces' resolute approach in safeguarding the borders and preventing any unauthorized entry or smuggling attempts. They will remain vigilant against any potential threats to Jordanian national security.
