The Central Traffic Department has issued a notice informing the public about an upcoming partial closure of the airport road. The closure is necessary for the injection of asphalt into road cracks in the section extending from Manaseer gas station all the way to the Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA), in both directions. As a result, certain parts of this section will experience partial closure during the maintenance work.

According to the department's announcement, the repair work will commence on the upcoming Sunday and will continue for two weeks. The scheduled work hours are from 12 am until 6 am.

In light of the temporary closure and ongoing maintenance, the department has urged citizens to exercise caution and attentiveness while driving in the affected area. It is essential for drivers to follow traffic signs and adhere to the instructions given by traffic officers overseeing the work during this period.
