The Israeli Occupation Army announced that it thwarted an alleged smuggling operation of drugs coming from Egypt towards the occupied territories.

Hebrew media reported that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) identified, on Saturday evening, a number of suspects who tried to smuggle drugs from the Egyptian territories to the occupied territories.

It added that the IOF chased the suspects and found bags containing suspected marijuana, weighing 23 kilograms, and hashish.
