Sunday, two Israeli Occupation settlers were killed in a shooting operation in Nablus, according to Hebrew media.

Earlier, Roya's correspondent in the occupied Palestinian territories reported that a shooting attack took place in the town of Hawara in Nablus, targeting a number of Israeli Occupation settlers in a vehicle.

Notably, Palestinian media sources said that a "person" deliberately crashed into a settler's vehicle then opened fire at it.

According to the Hebrew news website Walla, the Minister of War in the Israeli Occupation Yoav Gallant ordered an assessment of the security situation, following the shooting .

The Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that a resistance fighter opened fire at the settlers in Hawara, south of Nablus, and that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) are conducting extensive searches in the Hawara area in search of the shooter.

The Hebrew media also revealed that the shooter was a young man carrying an M16 rifle and wearing a graphic T-shirt with the phrase "the lions' den."
