The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) Wednesday said that, as of Sunday, all appeals to traffic violations and tickets must be submitted online.

He explained that an online platform has been established to receive 600 requests per day, stressing that in-person appeals will no longer be accepted.

Those who submit a request to appeal will be given an appointment to appear in the relevant court, which is still a compulsory part of the process.
